Yetholm Village Gardens are open this afternoon from 2pm - 6pm in aid of Riding for the Disabled Association and Scotland's Gardens Scheme. There will be performances by Yetholm Wind Quintet, Poetry Reading. Homemade Teas. Plants and Produce Stalls. Bric-a-Brac, Book and Craft Stalls. There is Ample parking along the High Street in Yetholm. | |

A summer Garden Party is being held at "Beechwood" on Ormiston Terrace in Melrose this afternoon from 2.30. Kelso Civic Week continues with the Sponsored Cycle race from 9.30am, the 10K Fun run within the grounds of Floors Castle from 11am, there's the Family Fun Day getting underway at Shedden Park from 1pm with the Junior 5 a side football tournament, Kelso's got Talent, Beat the Goalie, Quoiting and much more, then the day rounds off with the Kirkin' of the Kelso Laddie in St Andrews Church from 6.30pm | |
